I’m Daniel Crespo, a dietitian, coach, and fitness trainer. I’ve always believed in testing things through my own experience before applying them to the people I work with. Because only what you truly live can be genuinely understood.

No. You can eat any food, always within appropriate portion ranges and timing throughout the day.

Not at all. I provide a variety of options so the plan doesn’t feel monotonous or restrictive.

No. As the word “supplement” suggests, they are simply an addition to a solid nutritional base. Nothing is mandatory or strictly necessary.

It depends on your goal. We can structure a home-based training plan (with or without equipment) so you don’t need to attend a gym.
