I don’t just work to improve performance or change bodies. I see sport as a space where emotions, experiences, and sensations come together—helping us break away from daily routines and find balance, even on the toughest days.
I’m Daniel Crespo, a dietitian, coach, and fitness trainer. I’ve always believed in testing things through my own experience before applying them to the people I work with. Because only what you truly live can be genuinely understood.
That’s why I approach nutrition and training as a whole—tailored to your reality, your context, and your current stage in life, not to an ideal or unrealistic model.

Will I have dietary restrictions?
No. You can eat any food, always within appropriate portion ranges and timing throughout the day.
Is the plan very strict?
Not at all. I provide a variety of options so the plan doesn’t feel monotonous or restrictive.
Do I need to take supplements?
No. As the word “supplement” suggests, they are simply an addition to a solid nutritional base. Nothing is mandatory or strictly necessary.
Do I need to join a gym?
It depends on your goal. We can structure a home-based training plan (with or without equipment) so you don’t need to attend a gym.
Can you help me prepare for physical entrance exams?
Yes. I have worked and continue to work with people who are currently preparing for:
